The demo is basically just the previous version of the game (1 update behind current) so it will update when the game moves to the next version. But I would however recommend buying the game as it's a one off purchase and his game is very much worth it.

But because they aren't there I would like to sleep to start the next day. Sadly, it's not letting me do so. When I hover the mouse over the bed it lights up, but when I click on it nothing happens. What can I do?
I'm on Android and every time, no matter what it may be, my game just crashes and closes on me like I haven't even gotten past the first part of the game I'm just now getting outside the house and talking to that little girl I'm sorry if you've been getting comments like this a lot and I hope this doesn't upset you either

Yes that's it for now, but there will be a new update soon (0.5) where they will add new content with Yasuka
will there be an update for the free version once the 0.5 comes out?
Yes, after the release of 0.5 - the current free version (0.3.91) will be replaced by the current paid version (0.4.91)
This will also be the case with the next versions.
