The skin is a modification of the existing sprite, it will not appear on future CG's dedicated to this character.
It's only cosmetic.
INSTRUCTION
copy the file "chiaki_maid_outfit.extra" in the game directory of your game, it must be in the same location as the data.extra file.
The skin will then be accessible in game via the skin menu
