Just played through the current version, and all i have to say, good job, this is probably one of the best stories ive played from a game like this, i didn't experience any bugs at all, and when you do continue to improve upon the game I hope the best for you
great concept. but zero testing it seems. constant crashing. bugging out and not letting you get back to main menu. to charge that much for something this broken should be illegal.
The game has reproducible crashes if you mouse over any interactive ux element during a scene transition, the most likely explanation is that you were simply playing windowed and happened to keep your mouse outside the main window when these occurred.

please help, when i boot the game a page comes up that says my driver can't support it does this mean i can't play the game entirely or do i just need to update my laptop
for anyone having issues with crashing on the new update, If youre on PC you can go from task manager to the "details" section and set the core affinity in half (check half the boxes in the list) and the crashing disappeared for me

I personally fast forwarded through the whole game with less than 3 crashes and also noticed that the scenes were a lot smoother with the new engine rather than Ren'Py. However, it seems many others have had a very different experience. I by no means have an above average device as I am using a 5 year old laptop (Acer A515-52) I got for school. People have been complaining about the update being "unfinished" with "no new content" and "poor animations" which isn't the case at all. The main problem is the accessibility. When people paid $10+ for a game they should be able to play it without any difficulties, I just got lucky with experiencing minimal crashes. The worst part about this is the dev not coming out and giving an update on the situation or even a sorry. However, the content of the game is not the problem, it was a good update! They just need to make it so you can actually play the game (crazy that this is even a problem).

As a non-patron but game owner i find it disappointing that we got the long awaited update after many postpones, only to get a half baked version with tons of crashes, overall laggy gameplay,( my pc is by no means weak), worse animations, now i get that switching to a new game engine could be challanging but in this cenario i think the least you could do is give us a couple of hotfixes so that we can actually play the game we paid for, if not fully polished, but playABLE. 10 days have passed and no news, it just feels weird, as if the developer could not give less F*cks about the community. Feel free to correct me if im wrong.
You damn right, game is aight when it was 10 before almost everyone using inflation to gauge up the price for everything even games. Now this dude takes half a year to come up with small changes, small new updates, more bugs. Increase the price of 15 dollas, wait my bad it's a deal now 10 which is the price is should be. This is by no means a fix but i managed to avoid crashes, just make sure that your cursor is not directly above anything interactable and that solved my crashes 100%, still very disappointing update.
I agree with the person below me about the skipping to the new content. Also I want to address a lots of crushes that happen during the skipping. It's very damn annoying /o/
Bro game is really good I really love but can you add the skip to new content option I played the game 10 times and beaten 4 waiting for the new update can you add that cause I try playing through normally I just speed click but the game has been really buggy on mobile I keep crashing for some reason it mostly happens when I speed click so now I'm just slowly going through the story even though i already beat it who else having this crashing problem

Odd, i didn't experience any bugs, maybe its the system you played on or something went wrong with the download

I wasn't playing in windowed, I don't know what type of crashes or bugs you guys are experiencing but so far I haven't experienced any

You can't. It's on Godot now. The previous versions aren't compatible.

With version 0.9, Android version requires Android 10 or higher to run.
Don't even try this before we get a fix for the crashing problem.

It keeps Crashing and Crashing every other Minute. Never had the Problem before. I Look back into it, if it gets fixed. Otherwise good work so far.

The game in 0.9.1 crashes so many times when you fast forward. because saves is not transferable from 0.8
