November #Devlog


Hi everyone,

I hope you're all doing well. I know what you’re all eagerly waiting for—a release date for version 0.10—and I completely understand.

While I still don't have an exact date to share, we’re aiming to release this version before Christmas. There are just a few minor things left to check to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The game is now stable, so you can skip all dialogues without encountering crashes. The veteran menu is almost ready, and we’re conducting a few tests to ensure all variables trigger correctly if you choose to start the adventure later in the game.

After that, we need to finalize the translation system, including managing different languages and, most importantly, fonts. I know this update has taken a long time, but switching the game engine has been much more challenging than I anticipated.

If I had to do it all over again, I’d definitely approach it differently.

On a lighter note, our animator recommended a colleague who is just as skilled, and we’ve begun reworking the old animations created with Live2D.

Switching game engine is like creating a game from scratch, minus assets. Its no small feat.
