Devlog # february 2024
Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing well. It's time to share some updates on the progress of version 0.9, and what more can I say except that things are moving along nicely.
The NSFW scenes have already been completed, and they are currently being animated. Now, it's time to work on the SFW scenes.
New locations to visit will be introduced, and I hope you will like them. They weren't created just for this update, so expect to see them more often in the future.
The writing for the 0.9 storyline is also progressing well, though I'm afraid I may have written too much once again.
Now that you're up to date on the progress, let's talk a bit about femdom. I've seen a lot on Discord and elsewhere that some were expecting to see foot fetish, sadomasochism, or even urination... Guys... Calm down xD.
That's not how I view femdom. For me, it's more about authority, power dynamics, who's in charge. As you may have guessed, in the femdom update, Noriko won't be as passive, and will take matters into her own hands, literally if you get what I mean ;).
It might be too vanilla for some who were expecting more from femdom, but unfortunately, or fortunately, I don't know, this is the story I want to tell, and I sincerely hope you will enjoy it.
In short, great things are coming.

Cant wait for more Nariko content, I got into the femdom route for better or worse but I completely agree with your views, certainly dont need urination there for it to be proper femdom :D
And again, thank you for sticking to what you want to tell rather than making things more extreme for no reason other than a few people ask.
I think there is already enough "teasing" for bad stuff that it should satisfy people just looking for drama or for reasons to sympathise with the MC, going too far into that territory would definitely ruin the experience for me, so thanks and keep doing what you are doing.
As it is, its still mainly a love story with some fun and a lot of drama and thats perfectly fine.
The only two scenes Noriko has dominated so far involve her feet. We also need rewards other than feet. I'm sure I'm not alone in my hip fetish. If you can, please add more femdom scenes related to her butt. Like facesitting、rimjob or something... Please!

This game is actually pretty fun, the story is good, but i think you are missing elements that pull on the heart. Netorare would help bring a new level of emotional connection to the players and main character. Im sure if you asked for funding just for support of Netorare, you would be surprised with the amount of other people wanting the same.

Do you have plans to add different facial expressions on casual seggs scenes with sakuya. I mean having lovable fun expressions instead of kimoi face yandere when asking her to have seggs.

yes but it got banned because in the distant past one of the characters was too loli childlike or something.
To be honest I think what you have right now is a good balance on the scale between vanilla and fetish. I don't think what you have made so far is completely vanilla, it has plenty of flavor to it.
Personally I dislike it when VN's cater to fetishes too much, especially when they are not straight up Nukige's. So I agree with the stance you are taking with the new route you are working on. Basically a good middle ground that does not alienate many people.
Had another go at the game after a long period and enjoyed it. It's not easy to pull off Yandere in an attractive and/or romantic way and it's rare to see it done well. Too often, in VN's that feature this type do they make them into one dimensional antagonists without enough redeeming features or relatable motivations, making them too difficult to like resulting in them being off-putting.
Not the case here though. Nice to see a writer that gets it and understands the appeal of that type and focuses on said appeal to support her character, so props for that. I have a new fave character now.
Looking forward to checking back in the future to play her finished route (where I assume the player chose nobody else and only her, which would be nice) good luck.

The best story will be the one you enjoy writing, and it tells you something, The worst is when you play games where you feel the authors don't enjoy/feel the story.
